RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you are unhappy with your eyewear, you have 14 days to return or exchange your Eyejets from the day you receive them. The frames must be unworn and in their original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping of returned eyewear.
*All VELVET frames are non-refundable and there is NO WARRANTY on these. We will NOT be replacing any frames if the velvet wears off. *
All of our private label eyewear frames (Eyejets & C-Factor, excluding velvet frames) have a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. You must provide us with your defective frame and/or show proof via photos of the damage. We will evaluate if the damage is due to a manufacturer defect from there. If your frame is damaged due to a manufacturer defect within 90 days of you receiving your glasses, we will replace your frame free of charge. Shipping cost for the new frame will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any wholesale orders that are received damaged must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt in order to be replaced.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground for domestic orders and USPS First Class for international orders. Domestic orders within the United States can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery. International orders can take up to 14 business days for delivery. International customers, please note that your country may require you to pay a customs tax upon delivery of your package. Eyejets is not responsible for any additional customs taxes and this is the responsibility of the customer.
DOMESTIC: You will be provided a tracking number upon shipment of your order. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery details.
INTERNATIONAL: Please note, USPS First Class Mail DOES NOT provide tracking or insurance. If you select this shipping method please do so at your risk. Should the package be lost or damaged, Eyejets is not responsible. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS! We highly recommend that you choose our upgraded shipping option ($40 USD) for USPS Priority Mail International which DOES include tracking and insurance. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
*Note that if your delivery status states "DELIVERED," Eyejets is not responsible for any lost packages and a refund will not be provided.
